We will help honour the manufacturers’ warranties – these are typically a one-year limited warranty but vary from one to manufacture to another. If your product is out of warranty we will be glad to assist you in determining if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Additional support options similar to those presented at the time of purchase are available at any time upon request.
Before submitting please make sure of the following:
- All necessary information has been filled out.
- All information is correct and error-free.
- List any changes to Internet, Cable or Satellite, Phone or Alarm services.
